Return/Exchange

We value our customers and are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and comfort. However, we understand that in certain cases, an item may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we provide a straightforward exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Exchange

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered, free from stains, alterations, or damage. Please note that personal care products, customised items, or products marked as final sale cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact our customer care team within seven days of delivery and provide your order details. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. After the item is received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. If the product you received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping charges and send you the replacement at no extra cost.

Important Notes

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size, colour, or style is not available, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative of equal value. Refunds are not offered under this policy. Only exchanges will be processed. Items sent back without prior approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.
